Joseph Michael Snodgrass , 68 of Webster Springs, WV, previously of Sandusky, OH died on September 4, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, WV. He was created might 8, 1943 in Spencer, WV to Joseph Eugene and Vera S. West Snodgrass and was a fork lift operator for Ford Motor business retiring shortly after 36 many years of solution. Along with his mom and dad, survivors include a son, Lucas Allen Starcher of Amma WV; stepfather, Timothy F. Criner of Spencer; stepmother, Robin Starcher of Spencer; brothers, Daniel Starcher of Massillon, Ohio, Andrew Starcher of Spencer and Joshua Starcher of Parkersburg WV; grandmother, Jane Runnion of Spencer.
He had been preceded in death by three brothers, Glenn Aylestock, Willard Aylestock and Lloyd Aylestock, three siblings, Mabel Newcome, Phyliss Ervin and Lorene Tomblyn. He was born in Ivydale, western Virginia on October 29, 1937 to Francis Otmer and Evelyn (Brown) Starcher and had resided within the Homerville area for 42 years.
He’s survived by sons, John M. Tallman and wife, Marji, of Fleetwood, Pa., and Brian M. Tallman and spouse, June, of Arlington, Wash.; daughters, Ruth E. Robrecht and spouse, Jim, of Parkersburg, Mary E. Starcher and spouse, Bud, of Williamstown and Cathy L. Nelson and husband, Herb, of Davisville; daughter-in-law, Beverly Tallman of Mineral Wells; brothers, Robert L. Tallman of Parkersburg, Everett H. Tallman and spouse, Ruth, of Lubeck and James Tallman and wife, Lenore, of Reedy; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his moms and dads; brothers, Orville, Andrew, James, Harland, Denver, Shirl, French, Corbert and Dennis; and sisters, Myrtle, Floretta, Ivy, Rouie, Madge, Gladys and Elsie. He was retired from State of West Virginia and was an associate associated with Goldtown Community Church, Goldtown, WV, in which he served as choir manager for twenty years.
Younger was a part associated with the Cornerstone Christian Union Church in West Union, Ohio. He was created June 12, 1928, in Ray County, Mo., the son of Elza and Edith Hollingsworth Starcher. In addition to the woman parents, she had been preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Starcher in 1985; four sisters and two brothers.
David Vincent and spouse, Julie; six grandchildren, Alissa Riedel, Shauna Hall, Nathan Prather, Adam Vincent, Emily Vincent and Andrew Prather; three great-grandchildren; five sisters, Nina JayMinnick Parsons of Toledo, Ohio, Thelma Adkins of Belpre, Doris Carter of Florida, June Armel of Vienna and Judy Odgen of Vienna; and two brothers, Randall Roberts of Vienna and Roger Roberts of Parkersburg.
Barbara Jean Field s, 53, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Sunday, July 6, 2014, at her house. He had been preceded in death by a cousin, Shirley Haymond; a bro, Arthur Starcher; and twin siblings. She was created September 20, 1929, in Stumptown,, child of this late Victor and Della Stevenson Boggs.
